вот так - как ты только что :) ну в смысле - в разделе создаются новые темы, созданные ранее - уползают вниз (иногда даже на предыдущие страницы) - "поднятие" темы делается путем добавление туда свежего сообщения - и она вновь появляется на первой странице... но злоупотреблять этим не следует :) 4-5 "подъемов в неделю" достаточно
